The people who work here are lovely and very helpful however the fridge that I was sold did not work. It had a faulty temperature sensor that froze all my food. And now my water filter line does not work and it does not make ice. I am now 2 months into having a fridge that has needed 2 service repairs, resulting in needing an all day appointment for the last repair. I would not trust American Freight to sell a working appliance.

I must say that American Freight Philadelphia Pennsylvania location was very professional upon my arrival there to purchase furniture. Chris was very patient and very friendly with the entire process. Even when I had to eventually cancel my order several days later due to a change of relocation, he was very understanding and prompt on commencing the cancellation process. At the end of the day, I do highly recommend this location for all of your furniture and appliances needs.

I cannot speak to the quality of their furniture but the because of the lack of customer service I won’t ever be able to. I spent 20 minutes in the store without any acknowledgment. I was interested in purchasing furniture and/or appliances. The sales associate was helping other customers which I totally understand and was patient but when they walked by without so much as an “I’ll be right with you after I’m done helping them”, I left soon after.

My Experience at American Freight  recently has been extremely extremely excellent.
The staff is extremely helpful and professional in particular, Chris & his business ethics are outstanding . I highly recommend anybody interested in appliances or furniture should visit Chris  and his team at American Freight. &  George  had it loaded it the car in no time .&
Loved the artwork in the bathroom kinda gives that urban Philly vibe .. all in all 5 stars experience 👍

We have bought several appliances from this store and have gotten great service and value. But recently we bought a gas dryer and the experience has been horrible. As soon as it was installed, we smelled gas whenever the dryer was used. We have called the company several times to have them come and correct the issue but they have ignored our calls. And we purchased the extended warranty so there is no excuse for this neglect. Now the lives of my family could be in danger (asphyxiation, explosion, etc) and they refuse to return our calls or come out and correct the issue. We will not be returning thanks to this HORRIBLE experience. A credible company would have come out immediately to correct the problem.

Store was well put together . You are greeted as soon as you walk in . Esteban was very helpful . Lots of product knowledge and told us  about the protection agreement options . Highly recommend!

Outstanding service by Jay on a Sunday afternoon. He went above and beyond to help us get all the kitchen and laundry appliances we needed.

Tried to buy a fridge online. After paying for same day delivery, the fridge had not arrived, and I heard nothing from the store. Later that week I was informed that the fridge was not actually supposed to be listed on the website due to a missing hinge. There was no solution proposed by the store except a refund of money. My time spent waiting with no communication is gone forever. Incredibly frustrating.

just purchased a fridge, the guys at the checkout were SO polite, friendly, and helpful. helped us load in the truck and wrapped everything up nicely. Will definitely go back! 10/10.

Great stuff and great prices, bought a virtually brand new fridge for less than half the price.

2nd time purchasing from here. Andrew is awesome! He sold me a stackable  washer and dryer in the beginning of the year and today a dishwasher. So helpful, kind and made the purchase painless. Even put it in my van for me. Highly recommend. Chris was very kind too.

Came in to price check and ended up purchasing a washer dryer combo.  Looked at several other appliance stores and purchased here primarily because of tye customer service (Chris).  He took a lot of time to answer our questions without being arrogant or pushy.  Delivery is set for later this week and will update review after.  We went to PC Richard's and the salesperson was so rude/cocky I walked out and would never purchase from him.  Prices were great also

Can't give it a "0". Night Salesmen are lazy and unknowledgeable about the stock. They GOTTA have family in high places because nobody that incompetent could possibly keep that job. Was promised delivery on a Friday (even got a text that it was on it's way), and it never got to our place until Monday, forcing my son and I to sleep on the floor for the weekend. We gave them plenty of notice, but Chris looked us in the eye and LIED. The delivery guys were good. The product is good, but the customer service absolutely sucks! Never again will I step foot in that place.

You can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their customers when things don’t go well.  We shopped American Freight's great selection, and  did take home a unit that ended up had a sensor issue- David and his team took it on theirselves to find me an excellent replacement and even delivered it to my home free!  The sales personnel in the store were great the whole time, and they truly stand behind their products!  Highly highly recommend American Freight!!

Not crowded. The store is loaded with many brands appliances. It located in the convenient location. Parking free and available at any time.

Ordered a twin over twin bunk bed online. 1st delivery excuse was there was no driver. Second excuse was that the truck needed repair. What’s crazy is that they kept scheduling and missing the delivery date. A month later they say, well we really don’t have the item. They cancelled the order and never gave me a refund.

I brought a frdegedare gallery less than a year ago the compressor went. which should be under manufactured warranty. I called all week,no one answered or they put you on hold n don't come back
I had to throw out a lot of food . I went n got another refrigerator some where else.i  won't finish paying for that item I'm done. not a good buy.

Today I had a great experience there with the salesman Josh. He was very helpful. Josh went beyond. We did find a lot of the things we was looking for there… I’ll will be writing another review when the merchandise comes in. @ American Freight y’all have a great employee.

This place is horrible been scheduled for 4 deliveries and hasn't showed up yet. They put you on hold for 30min to 1hr and never call back. Manger pretends he's busy to not deal with the issue and he never there. I will also be reporting to cooperate.

This place is horrible. I purchased a refrigerator Dec 8th for delivery. First the delivery was two weeks to receive. Two days before I was to receive the refrigerator. I receive a call that they’re unable to deliver the refrigerator. And don’t know when they can deliver it. I receive a call Dec 28th that the refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today. But they will not be able to deliver it again and it might not be able to deliver until after January sometime but don’t know when..

I had a great experiece at American Freight. My sales person was Jay. He was knowlegable and patient. Made purchase easy. Will return in the future!

Thought the store would have had better deals (same model at home depot for $50 less and has box). Also hard to navigate through. I understand the concept of open box and leaving everything lying around so you think you are getting a deal but was just difficult to navigate and nothing was a good deal.

Natalia and Jay gave my husband and I too notch customer service as soon as we walked into the building. Nat was knowledgeable about each product and helped me navigate through different options! Thank you Nat and Jay for demonstrating professionalism.
