I bought a fridge from Patricia and paid for it with a credit card. She and the manager were very kind and helpful. I did not buy the warranty because in my opinion it was very overpriced. I decided, before delivery, to cancel my order. I decided that I wanted a certain model that they likely don’t have in stock because the front is glass and not stainless steel. I had to cancel in writing by printing, signing and scanning back a document. I feel confident that they will refund the full  purchase price to my credit card. The manager even wished me a “very nice day” after I canceled over the phone and before he emailed the document that I needed to sign. I recommend coming here to shop for a scratch and dent appliance.

Incredibly helpful. It was a busy day and they gave us great , quick service. They were patient with us, answered all of our questions, and double checked to make sure we were happy with what we were going to purchase.

I have enjoyed buying appliances from here in general but I knocked off 1 star because the installation people didn't install the fridge correctly and knocked off another star because they told me they had a payment plan but it turned out to actually be a credit account. I had insisted I wanted to pay in full but they said that the payment plan was better and were very pushy. I paid off the payment plan immediately because I did not want to pay interest and then did not get my credit card points for the purchase. I did not realize you need to close the account (which hurts your credit & so does them pulling your credit for the plan) and if you do not then they will charge you $79.00. I should have put my foot down more, just a warning to others not to let them convince you to use the payment plan if you'd like to pay up front.

Customer service representative. Steve was very helpful on my Saturday morning. Visit to American freight in San Diego California. As we were looking for a refrigerator to replace our old one. He was very knowledgeable of the refrigerator and very knowledgeable of American freight policies and deliveries as well as protection plan great experience all the way around.
