<p>Items purchased at American Freight &#8211; Appliance • Furniture • Mattress Stores (the former Sears Outlet
	locations) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange after pick-up, delivery, or installation has been
	completed. <strong>ALL SALES ARE FINAL</strong>, except as provided in this policy or otherwise required by applicable
	law. See full details of this policy, including the limited exceptions as detailed below. A copy of this <strong>ALL

	<li>
		<h2>RETURNS AND EXCHANGES EXCEPTIONS</h2><br><span>Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery or pick-up
			cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for any price difference from the original amount paid on
			eligible exchanges. Items being delivered over 75 miles will be charged a restocking fee if cancelled after the
			item has shipped and is in-transit, or if refused at the time of delivery. The amount of any applicable restocking
			fee will be disclosed to Customer prior to completing the purchase and described on the purchase receipt.
			Furniture and Bedding items, including recliners, sofas, other indoor upholstered furniture, wood furniture, patio
			furniture, mattresses, box springs/foundations, and other furniture or bedding items cannot be returned after
			pick-up or delivery. All other merchandise cannot be returned after pick-up or delivery. Exchanges are eligible in
			certain situations only as noted required by law or noted below:</span>

			<li><strong>Items that are damaged or non-functional</strong> when delivered are eligible for repair or exchange
				when reported to the store at the time of delivery or pickup.</li>
			<li><strong>Items that do not fit during delivery, installation, or after pick-up from the store</strong> can be
				exchanged for a similar item if reported to the store within 48 hours; additional delivery or installation fees
				will be charged as a condition of the exchange.</li>
			<li><strong>Home appliances &amp; other mechanical items,</strong>including refrigerators, freezers, ice-makers,
				washers, dryers, other laundry items, ranges, ovens, microwave ovens, countertop microwaves, cooktops, range
				hoods, dishwashers, and other mechanical items are eligible for exchange only if deemed &#8220;unrepairable&#8221; by an
				authorized repair technician within the original warranty period. Home appliances are not eligible for return
				after pick-up or delivery.</li>
		</ol><br>
	</li>
	<li>
		<h2>SERVICE FEES</h2><br><span>Delivery, installation, haul-away, assembly, and related service fees are
			non-refundable once completed. Delivery fees for merchandise ordered from americanfreight.com will not be refunded
			(a) if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after placement, or (b) once the item is in transit, whichever
			occurs first.</span><br><br>

		<h2>CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS</h2><br><span>Items purchased from American Freight Stores can be cancelled prior to
			pick-up or delivery. Special Order on any product type cancelled before pick-up or delivery are subject to a
			restocking fee. Items being delivered over 75 miles will be charged a restocking fee if cancelled after the item
			has shipped and is in-transit, or if refused at the time of delivery. The amount of any applicable restocking fee
			will be provided on the receipt.</span><br><br>

		<h2>OTHER EXCLUSIONS AND TERMS</h2><br>
		<ol type="A">
			<li><strong>Promotional Offers:</strong> In the event of a return of items purchased in connection with a
				<strong>gift or award card promotion</strong>, all or a portion of the card amount may be deducted from any
				refund or exchange (please note that certain Award Cards may have a date on which they expire, which will be
				indicated on the face of the card). When returning items in which a <strong>free or bonus item</strong> was also
				provided as part of the purchase, the value of the free or bonus item may be deducted from any refund or
				exchange, unless the free or bonus item is also returned unused. When making a purchase as part of a
				<strong>multiple-buy discount</strong> (for example, &#8220;buy one get one free&#8221;) the value of the discount will be
				pro-rated among all items that are part of the multiple buy. If some but not all of the items that are part of
				the multiple buy are returned, the refund or exchange amount will be the amount paid for the items returned less
				the pro-rated discount. Refunds and exchanges may also be reduced if a discount was given at the time of
				purchase conditioned upon a <strong>bundled purchase</strong>, and some but not all of the items that were part
				of the offer are returned. </li>
			<li> <strong>Points earned by a Shop Your Way Member</strong> on an item that is returned will be removed from
				his/her Shop Your Way account. If there are insufficient points in the account to be removed, the refund or
				exchange amount may be reduced by the value of the points shortfall. See www.shopyourway.com for more details.
				Where appropriate, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. It may be
				necessary to ask for identification in connection with a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to limit or
				decline a refund or exchange.</li>
			<li><strong>Items purchased as a gift and issued a gift receipt may will follow the same terms of this
					policy.</strong></li>
			<li><strong>Items purchased at American Freight &#8211; Appliance • Furniture • Mattress Stores (the former

							<h1><strong>Shipping and Delivery Information</strong></h1><p><strong>Delivery Guidelines</strong></p><p>The amount of time your order will be in transit varies according to item location, size, weight, and shipping/delivery type selected during checkout. Please note that we only ship within the continental United States and do not ship to Puerto Rico or Hawaii. See <a href="https://www.americanfreight.com/c/return-policy">Return, Cancellation and Exchange Policy</a> for additional information relating to shipping and delivery fees.</p><p><strong>Delivery</strong></p><p>Delivery for in-stock items may be available as early as Same Day. Same Day availability is limited to certain areas and is only an option when purchased prior to 12pm local time and when space is available on the local store’s delivery truck. If your item is available for Same Day or Next Day delivery, the options will appear in the Delivery Options section of the checkout process. Same Day and Next Day Delivery will result in an additional fee that will be shown during the checkout process.</p><p>American Freight reserves the right to refuse delivery due to the threat of harm, unsafe conditions to customers, associates, or other agents of American Freight or their property. Delivery prices and scheduling may vary depending on where your item(s) are located around the country. Once your order has been placed, American Freight will calculate the distance between your delivery address and the origin of the item being delivered.<br /><em>Please note: Orders with multiple items may arrive separately as they may come from different locations.</em></p><p><em>If you are purchasing online: </em>Once your item is added to cart, you will be able to see if your item(s) qualify for local or national delivery in the Order Summary based on your delivery zip code and item location.</p><p><img decoding="async" src="https://outlcont.shosecom.com/w/cms-aws/delivery_06_21.jpg" alt="local delivery cart" /></p><p><strong>Local Standard (Threshold) Delivery: </strong>Our delivery team will bring the product through the customer’s entryway and gently set it on the floor. This option does not include unboxing, placing the product into the customer’s room of choice or setting the product up for the customer. It’s a simple drop-off inside the customer’s doorway.</p><p>Your item(s) qualify for local delivery if they are located within 50 miles of your delivery address.</p><ul><li>For instore orders, your delivery will be scheduled at the time of purchase. On the date of your delivery, you will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.</li><li>For online orders, once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for delivery. An American Freight customer service representative will call to schedule delivery. You will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.</li><li>For online orders, if Same Day or Next Day delivery are available, those options will be presented to you during the checkout process under Delivery Options. Same Day and Next Day Delivery will result in an additional fee that will be shown during the checkout process.</li></ul><p>Please note that not all store locations offer Local Delivery online. </p><p><strong>Room of Choice: </strong>When “Room of Choice” is selected, our delivery team will bring all purchased items to whatever room the customer selects.  The “Room of Choice” option will also include attaching feet to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals. It also includes placing mattresses and foundations on a bedframe and trash removal. This add-on covers all items on the same order that are delivered from the same store. We to offer Home Appliance Hookup and Haul-away and haul-away of mattresses at an additional charge. Additional fees apply for delivery 10-20 over 25 miles from the store.</p><p>Additional information and delivery options for specific types of items are listed below.</p><ul><li><strong>Furniture &amp; Mattresses: </strong>Includes removing plastic and placing in desired location and installation of legs onto sofas, loveseats, sectionals, and/or ottomans. Does not include removing items from cardboard boxes. No haul away except for CA customers where existing mattress and foundation(s) may be hauled away in accordance with MRC guidelines.</li><li><strong>Appliances: </strong>Includes placing item across first threshold or inside a covered area and removing box; installation, hook up, or haul away services are not included.</li></ul><p><strong>Hookup, and Haul-away for appliances:</strong> options will vary depending on if the item requires licensed installation or not</p><ul><li><strong>Appliances requiring licensed or complex installation is not offered by American Freight.</strong> (includes gas ranges, dual fuel ranges, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, over the range microwaves, dishwashers, gas dryers, etc..)<br /><br /><strong>All other appliances that qualify for basic hookup</strong> (refrigerators, washers, etc..)<ul><li><u>Basic Hookup ($35 fee)</u>: The Delivery Team will remove all protective packaging from the item and attach all included pieces. They will also remove all packaging materials from the premises. and connect the new appliance(s) to existing connections for the item(s) to function. We will level the item where necessary and test the basic operations. The delivery team will NOT complete LP and natural gas hookups.<ul><li>To select and pay for hookup ($35 fee), please discuss with our customer service team when they call to arrange your delivery</li></ul></li><li><u>Hookup accessories</u>: New accessories may be required for hookup.
